How to use the software cost calculator
This software cost calculator helps you estimate subscriptions before committing to a stack. Enter the number of users, choose up to eight products and select a documented plan for each one. The results show a monthly budget equivalent and an estimated first-year licensing cost, where a comparable fixed price is available. Change the user count or the selected tier to see how the estimate changes.
Monthly charges versus annual commitments
A plan advertised as a monthly equivalent may still require a full twelve-month payment. The calculator identifies annual upfront obligations separately from month-to-month cash charges. For per-user or per-seat plans, the documented rate scales with the number of people entered. A company-level subscription does not automatically include unlimited seats; capacity and additional charges must be confirmed. Never treat the monthly equivalent as a promise of monthly invoicing.
Why some prices are excluded
Starting-from figures, undisclosed quotes, introductory offers and plans with unconfirmed billing terms cannot safely be added to an exact total. Such products remain visible with an explanation, but the resulting budget is marked partial. Year-one renewals, promotional eligibility, setup fees, usage limits, add-ons and applicable taxes may also change the final bill.
Currency and verification
USD and EUR totals stay separate rather than being merged using an arbitrary exchange rate. Vendor offers and taxes may differ by country. Prices come from the existing regularly synchronized catalog, not live checkout quotes; source verification dates can vary. Before purchasing, open the provider’s official pricing source and check the current terms. For choosing your stack, see Software Finder, Ready-Made Software Stacks or Compare Software.

From Cost Estimate to a Smarter Software Decision
